E. Webb is a minor character in Doom 3. He was a Marine stationed on Mars who survived the initial wave of the invasion, before his squad was ambushed by demons, mortally wounding him.
The player will find him in the Administrations Complex, lying close to the entrance of Alpha Labs with his Shotgun. Forcing the player to not waste time treating him, he explains there are few remaining squads that are cut off from each other and advises the player to locate them, before succumbing to his injuries.
