K. Tang is a maintenance worker stationed at Mars City for four years by 2145. He watches the news but greets new Marines warmly and advises them to stay out of unauthorized areas.
On Rudaki Power Station (2141) he appears on the featured personnel roster — a Mercury echo before his canonical Mars City welcome.
His fate after the invasion is unknown but he was most likely killed.
