Dr. Malcolm Betruger is the main antagonist of Doom 3 and Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil.
Being the head scientist at UAC's research division on Mars, Betruger became corrupted by Hell and plotted the demonic subjugation of humanity. In Resurrection of Evil, he leads the forces of Hell as the Maledict.
