R. Cooper is a Mars-Sec security guard at Landing Bay 1 in Mars City. He inspects cargo logs, greets new arrivals, and directs them to reception — too busy to chat if the player persists.
On Thakur Cross Service Station (2141) he appears among the featured UAC personnel before his canonical Mars City greeting in 2145.
His fate is unknown; he was most likely killed or turned Z-Sec during the invasion.
